Hello! I’m Amber, the owner and stylist behind Luna Hair Studio, a boutique salon located in San Antonio, TX. After graduating from The Aveda Institute of San Antonio in 2014, I opened Luna Hair Studio in 2016 with the goal of offering high-quality, personalized hair services.
I specialize in color correction and blonding services, with a focus on keeping your hair healthy while achieving your desired color. My approach is built on creating lasting relationships with my clients, ensuring that every appointment is not only a great experience but also leaves you with beautiful, healthy hair.
At Luna Hair Studio, you’re guaranteed a one-on-one appointment. I’ve always believed in the value of undivided attention, which is why I’ve never double-booked—each client’s needs are unique, and they matter to me.

Thank you for your interest in Luna Hair Studio! At this time, I’m not offering in-person consultations, but I am happy to accept virtual consultations. To get started, please text the salon at 210-749-0431 with a current, unfiltered photo of your hair, along with an inspiration picture. Additionally, please provide details about your hair history from the last three years.
Your stylist will review your submission and respond during salon hours, so please allow time for a reply as we may be working with clients. Together, we'll ensure your hair stays healthy with the right techniques and expert care. After your appointment, you’ll receive a complimentary care card to guide you in maintaining your beautiful hair at home between visits.

Amber is a charming and enthusiastic young woman and she explained carefully what services were needed and what kind of results to expect. At my appointment, it was immediately clear that Amber is a true pro. She painstakingly lifted the color and then applied highlights and then a toner followed up by a spectacular cut. She used Olaplex treatments throughout the process and my hair feels soft and manageable and healthy. Best of all, my hair looks amazing! It's a beautiful, silvery, blonde color and I am thrilled. She also explained in detail how to maintain my color and keep my hair healthy.
